Heartsaver® CPR AED & First Aid (Hybrid)

The Heartsaver CPR AED & First Aid Hybrid course is designed for individuals with little or no medical training who need comprehensive training in life-saving techniques. This American Heart Association (AHA) course combines online learning with an in-person skills session, making it both flexible and interactive. 

Participants will complete the cognitive portion of the course online, including engaging videos and knowledge checks, at their own pace. The hands-on skills session is conducted in person with a certified instructor, allowing learners to practice and demonstrate critical skills with feedback and guidance. 

Topics Covered: 

• CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation): Techniques for adults, children, and infants. 

• AED (Automated External Defibrillator) Use: Proper operation and application. 

• First Aid Basics: Responding to common injuries, medical emergencies, and environmental emergencies. 

• Choking Relief: Procedures for adults, children, and infants. \
